Elegoo Rapid PETG is made for makers who want greater production speed while retaining the durability needed for functional prints. Designed for high-speed printing of up to 600 mm/s, it combines PLA’s approachable printability with PETG’s strong impact and tensile performance. White Rapid PETG offers a clean, professional finish suited to durable structural components and high-visibility outdoor fixtures.
Formulated for real-world use, this PETG offers good resistance to water, UV exposure, and many common chemicals. It is therefore well suited to selected indoor and outdoor applications where printed parts may experience tougher conditions. Its thermal formability also allows finished parts to be carefully heat-formed or bent when a functional design calls for adjustment.
Each spool is mechanically wound to encourage smooth, tangle-resistant feeding, dried before packaging, and vacuum-sealed to reduce moisture exposure. With low shrinkage and a stated ±0.02 mm dimensional tolerance, Elegoo Rapid PETG is formulated for steady extrusion and dependable results across fast print jobs.
Functional Printing with Elegoo Rapid PETG Filament
High-Speed Printing: Supports print speeds of up to 600 mm/s on suitably capable printers, helping improve output and efficiency.
Durable PETG Performance: Combines straightforward printability with strong impact and tensile characteristics for functional, long-lasting parts.
Weather & Chemical Resistance: Suitable for parts exposed to water, UV light, and common chemicals, including selected outdoor enclosures and demanding environments.
Thermal Formability: Printed components can be carefully heat-formed or bent to accommodate certain functional design requirements.
Exceptional Accuracy & Flow: Manufactured to a ±0.02 mm tolerance to support consistent extrusion, low shrinkage, and reduced warping.
Ready to speed up your production? Rapid PETG is a practical choice for outdoor enclosures, mechanical brackets, robotics chassis, and high-strength prototypes. It helps produce durable parts with a refined finish at high printing speeds.
Please Note:
Moisture Sensitivity: PETG readily absorbs moisture, which can cause stringing, popping, and surface defects, particularly at higher print speeds. Store unused filament in a sealed dry box or airtight bag with silica gel.
Maintenance: If the filament has been exposed to ambient air for an extended period, dry it at 65 °C for 6–8 hours to help restore consistent flow and reduce moisture-related printing defects.
