Elegoo Rapid PETG is designed for makers who want faster production without compromising on functional strength. Capable of printing at speeds up to 600 mm/s on suitably equipped machines, it combines PLA-like ease of use with PETG’s strong impact and tensile characteristics. Red Rapid PETG produces a bold, high-visibility finish for durable structural parts, outdoor functional components, and warning-related applications.
Developed for practical use, this specialised PETG offers good resistance to water, UV exposure, and many common chemicals. It is suitable for selected indoor and outdoor applications where printed parts may encounter more demanding conditions. Its thermal formability also allows finished prints to be carefully heat-formed or bent when a design needs further functional adjustment.
Each eco-friendly cardboard spool is mechanically wound to support smooth, tangle-resistant feeding, dried before packing, and vacuum-sealed to help reduce moisture exposure. With low shrinkage and a stated ±0.02 mm dimensional tolerance, Elegoo Rapid PETG is formulated to provide consistent extrusion and reliable results throughout high-speed print runs.

Durable PETG Performance: Offers user-friendly printability with strong impact and tensile performance for functional, long-lasting components.
Weather & Chemical Resistance: Suitable for applications involving water, UV light, and common chemicals, including outdoor enclosures and demanding workshop environments.
Thermal Formability: Finished prints can be carefully heat-formed or bent to suit certain functional design needs.
Exceptional Accuracy & Flow: Manufactured to a ±0.02 mm tolerance to support steady extrusion, low shrinkage, and reduced warping.
Ready to accelerate your production? Rapid PETG is ideal for outdoor enclosures, functional brackets, robotics chassis, high-visibility parts, and strong rapid prototypes. It helps create durable, refined prints at high production speeds.
Please Note:
Moisture Sensitivity: PETG readily absorbs moisture, which may cause stringing, popping, and surface defects—particularly at higher print speeds. Keep unused filament in a sealed dry box or airtight bag with silica gel.
Maintenance: If the filament has been left exposed to ambient air for an extended period, dry it at 65 °C for 6–8 hours to help restore consistent flow and minimise moisture-related printing defects.
