Elegoo TPU 95A is a flexible, durable filament for makers producing parts that need resilience, elasticity, and impact resistance. With a Shore hardness of 95A, it creates rubber-like printed components that can flex and stretch substantially before failing, depending on the printed part’s design and settings. This flexibility is paired with high toughness, helping parts absorb impact from drops, knocks, and everyday use.
Designed for demanding functional applications, Elegoo TPU 95A retains useful flexibility in colder conditions and offers resistance to water and oils. These characteristics make it well suited to seals, gaskets, protective wearables, custom footwear components, bumpers, grips, and other parts that need to flex or provide cushioning.
Each 1 kg spool is supplied on either a durable plastic or environmentally friendly cardboard spool, depending on the manufacturing batch. The filament is carefully wound and inspected to help prevent crossed turns and tangles. It is dried before packaging and vacuum-sealed with desiccant to reduce moisture and dust exposure. Manufactured to a stated ±0.02 mm tolerance, Elegoo TPU 95A is designed to provide consistent extrusion for hobby and professional applications.
Functional Printing with Elegoo TPU 95A Filament
High Toughness & Elasticity: Shore 95A hardness provides flexible, impact-resistant printed parts capable of substantial stretching, depending on print design and conditions.
Cold-Condition Performance: Retains flexibility in lower temperatures, helping parts remain functional in cold environments.
Water & Oil Resistance: Suitable for applications exposed to water, oils, and selected demanding workshop or industrial conditions, including sealing components.
±0.02 mm Dimensional Accuracy: Manufactured to a stated tight tolerance for consistent filament diameter and dependable extrusion.
Dried & Vacuum-Sealed: Dried before packing and vacuum-sealed with desiccant to help limit moisture-related bubbles and print defects.
Neatly Wound Spool: Supplied on a plastic or cardboard spool, depending on the production batch, and wound to support smooth feeding.
Please Note:
Nozzle Requirement: A direct-drive extruder is strongly recommended for better control of flexible filament and to reduce the risk of jamming.
Moisture Sensitivity: TPU readily absorbs moisture. Store unused filament in a sealed dry box or airtight bag with silica gel.
Maintenance: If exposed to ambient air, dry the filament at 70 °C ± 5 °C for 6–8 hours to help restore consistent flow and reduce stringing.
