Make room for the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga—a large-format FDM printer built for projects that exceed the limits of conventional desktop machines. With an enormous 800 × 800 × 1000 mm build volume, it enables single-piece printing of full-size cosplay armour, large industrial prototypes, and life-size statues. That means less splitting, fewer joints, and far less time spent assembling large models after printing.
Its size does not come at the expense of capability. The OrangeStorm Giga uses a 7-inch capacitive Elegoo Pad running Klipper firmware and supports print speeds of up to 300 mm/s, with acceleration of up to 5,000 mm/s². Its multi-zone heated bed is divided into four independently controlled 410 × 410 mm PEI magnetic platforms, allowing you to heat only the area required for smaller prints and reduce unnecessary energy use.
The printer is constructed for large-scale stability, with a frame built from CNC-machined aluminium extrusions. Its lightweight, dual-gear direct-drive extruder and 300 °C nozzle support a range of common materials, including PLA, PETG, and TPU when correctly configured. From large functional components to production-scale props, the OrangeStorm Giga gives ambitious projects the space they need.
